As a returning customer, I ordered two personalized blankets for holiday gifts at the end of November. A week later, I was informed of a production delay. I was given the option for a refund or a delayed delivery, which could risk a post-holiday arrival. I chose to wait, but today I received a refund, and my order was marked as 'canceled' on the website. I received no further communication or apology from the company. Very disappointing just nine days before the holiday. I won’t be using this service again.
