I had a very disappointing experience ordering items for the holiday season. I placed my order weeks in advance, yet most items were delayed and of poor quality. Two cards arrived on time but were folded incorrectly, and the paper quality was below expectations for greeting cards. After following up via email, the remainder of my order finally showed up two days before the holiday. I had ordered a cushion but only received a cushion cover, not the actual cushion! Additionally, the bandanas I got for my pets were too large. It's unfortunate because my previous experience was much better.

Once great, now very disappointing. I received someone else's order instead of mine, which was intended as a holiday gift. My order hasn’t arrived, and I can't get a response from customer service. I won’t be using this service again.
I have been very satisfied in the past, but since the takeover, things have changed. I ordered a card that never arrived. It was supposedly delivered by a service and left behind a bin I don’t have. It took me two weeks to get a refund. I strongly advise against using this company.
I had previously ordered bags from the site and was excited to see them back. However, the quality of the two bags I ordered this time is disappointing. The earlier bags were well made from good cotton, but these are polyester and not as well constructed, although the printing and colors are nice. It’s too late to return them as I need to send gifts tomorrow, but I am very let down by this decline in quality.
As a returning customer, I ordered two personalized blankets for holiday gifts at the end of November. A week later, I was informed of a production delay. I was given the option for a refund or a delayed delivery, which could risk a post-holiday arrival. I chose to wait, but today I received a refund, and my order was marked as 'canceled' on the website. I received no further communication or apology from the company. Very disappointing just nine days before the holiday. I won’t be using this service again.
I am very disappointed with the quality and accuracy of my recent order. I had previously ordered goods from this company and was delighted. However, I recently ordered two new cushions for my puppies, and they were not personalized as promised. The sewing quality was so poor that I believe a child could do better. Clearly, this company is not producing the quality it once did. I will not be ordering again and am waiting to see if I will receive a refund.
