I am very disappointed with the quality and accuracy of my recent order. I had previously ordered goods from this company and was delighted. However, I recently ordered two new cushions for my puppies, and they were not personalized as promised. The sewing quality was so poor that I believe a child could do better. Clearly, this company is not producing the quality it once did. I will not be ordering again and am waiting to see if I will receive a refund.
