I had a very disappointing experience ordering items for the holiday season. I placed my order weeks in advance, yet most items were delayed and of poor quality. Two cards arrived on time but were folded incorrectly, and the paper quality was below expectations for greeting cards. After following up via email, the remainder of my order finally showed up two days before the holiday. I had ordered a cushion but only received a cushion cover, not the actual cushion! Additionally, the bandanas I got for my pets were too large. It's unfortunate because my previous experience was much better.
