I used to consider this my favorite clothing brand and have purchased many pieces over time. That’s why this situation is especially disappointing.
I paid approximately €90 for an item that was never included in my parcel. Inside the package there was only a small note stating that the item was out of stock. I was never informed beforehand, and I have not received a refund.
I initially received no response to my emails. After reaching out publicly on social media, I eventually received a reply via Instagram.
I genuinely liked this brand, but I cannot continue supporting a company that does not resolve a missing €90 item or respond to repeated contact attempts.
As a loyal customer, this level of service is unacceptable. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend or continue supporting this brand.
