The pair of trainers I received were mismatched sizes. The support team was very kind in trying to resolve the issue, but they insisted on having the incorrect trainers returned before sending the right ones. I ended up waiting 2-3 weeks to get the correct trainers. There were numerous calls and emails exchanged. The fault lay with the company, and I expected more assistance in getting the right items to me. I ordered on October 14th and finally got them on October 29th, which is 15 days, not the misleading 8 days they mentioned.
