I ordered a pair of shoes in October but didn’t receive them (they were left outside in my front garden), and the company claims they won't send a replacement or refund since they were deemed 'safely delivered.' UPDATE: I never instructed the delivery service to leave them in a safe place, and the company hasn't provided any proof that I did. Customers should be cautious when ordering through this service.
