Purchased items early January. It couldn't be delivered to my work address and it's now nearly end of Feb and nothing. Spent a lot of time chasing this by email and phone. The ai chat/email is infuriating and doesn't answer any questions or give any way to talk to a real person. Calling (if you get through) – keeps telling me that I can get a refund 'if they receive the goods back'. This has all been out of my control. I just wanted to buy some clothing and now nearly 2 months later I just want my money back. I do not recommend purchasing from this company online at all. I'm still waiting for an update or timeline. Nothing. Waste of time and money.
