Purchased items early January. It couldn't be delivered to my work address and it's now nearly end of Feb and nothing.

Spent a lot of time chasing this by email and phone. The ai chat/email is infuriating and doesn't answer any questions or give any way to talk to a real person. Calling (if you get through) – keeps telling me that I can get a refund 'if they receive the goods back'.

This has all been out of my control. I just wanted to buy some clothing and now nearly 2 months later I just want my money back. I do not recommend purchasing from this company online at all. I'm still waiting for an update or timeline. Nothing. Waste of time and money.

Don’t bother, I bought so much and am not happy with any of the items…

Everything is poorly made and quite tacky in appearance, fit and durability. Very sad as I was quite excited with the massive deals over the holiday period but don’t be fooled, I’d consider this brand as fast fashion. Items are made overseas not locally (China, Bangladesh, etc.), seemingly drop shipped despite the packaging as I find it hard to believe a lot of the items would pass quality control. On the note of packaging, sooo much plastic was used. To top it all off they only collaborate with indigenous artists and pay royalties rather than are indigenous owned, which I wish I knew sooner.

Colours are very disappointing

My order arrived in good time. Sadly, the colours are nowhere near as bright as the photos showed. They are much more muted and not what was attractive to me in the first place. The zipper on the cosmetic bag does not work. I have not been able to find a way to get in touch with this company, and will not purchase from them again. Very disappointing.

I was so excited to support indigenous…

I was so excited to support indigenous Australians as the company portrays. My order was over $200. The quality of the stuff is terrible, everything looks cheap. The earrings are plastic and looked like from the 2 dollar shop. It is embarrassing to gift this for Christmas to anyone. It is infuriating they are charging prices like their stock is made in Australia.

I bought beach towels for all my family…Go to Kmart instead.

I bought beach towels for all my family this year for Christmas. I wanted to support a local mob. . The price is not great for a product that is so inferior, I am embarrassed to give this away the quality is cheap. They also did not send me a towel I paid for. Despite ringing three times, writing two emails, I have had no one return my calls or try and fix this. This company is an overpriced joke cashing in on indigenous flavour. You would be better off going to kmart the quality is better.

Excellent. Really fast delivery. Beautiful wrap. Material lovely. Being slightly larger I was worried but it fits perfectly. Looks exactly as in picture. Definitely recommend. Thank you Yarn I love it!!

Pay with PayPal

Make sure you pay with PayPal so if something goes wrong, PayPal will sort it out. My first order with them was great, it arrived on time and the itens were excellent quality. My 2nd order was sent using the cheap and nasty courier Aramex who dumped the parcel in full view of the street and left without even knocking on the door to let me know it was there and it ended up being stolen!I have contacted Aramex and Yarn on friday and it is now wednesday and no response from either of them. As a disabled pensioner, I cannot afford to have parcels stolen so I've put in a PayPal claim.I have left 1 star because of their choice of courier and their lack of customer service. I am Indigenous and thought I was supporting an Indigenous owned company but have since found out that they are not Indigenous at all despite them trying to give that impression.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service, awful experience. Purchased scrubs, after being assured by Yarn I could return for a refund however this never eventuated as my credit card was hacked by a DV perpetrator (Police and my bank advised me to close the account). Yarn will not refund now because I no longer have the original bank account I purchased the scuba with, I have even offered to show them the payment live sought DV paperwork to nil avail.

Ordered 2 weeks ago my tracking number doesn’t work and the enquiry’s can only be done through email, not to mention the communication is terrible and I still haven’t had a response!
