I ordered a gamefold table back in March for shipping in August. I read the reveiws and knew it was going to be a little late.
By October I had heard nothing , so I checked their blog, they had finally put the tables on the container.
By November I still had nothing. So I emailed customer service. Got the generic email. A week later I replied to the email and got through to a customer service lady.
She tells me to wait and they processing the shipments in batches but assured me it was coming.
THIS WENT ON UNTILL DECEMBER.
I emailed new years day. Got told I'm in the final batch I should receive an email soon....
I didnt.
End of January comes around... I cancel. Ask for a refund as it was clearly never shipped. To my surprise... they did not fight it. They returned my money. Cancelled the order. The only semi good thing.
You might think im an idiot but I loved that table idea. And I was willing to wait...
