Review Time
I ordered a gamefold table back in March for shipping in August. I read the reveiws and knew it was going to be a little late.
By October I had heard nothing , so I checked their blog, they had finally put the tables on the container.
By November I still had nothing. So I emailed customer service. Got the generic email. A week later I replied to the email and got through to a customer service lady.
She tells me to wait and they processing the shipments in batches but assured me it was coming.
THIS WENT ON UNTILL DECEMBER.
I emailed new years day. Got told I'm in the final batch I should receive an email soon....
I didnt.
End of January comes around... I cancel. Ask for a refund as it was clearly never shipped. To my surprise... they did not fight it. They returned my money. Cancelled the order. The only semi good thing.
You might think im an idiot but I loved that table idea. And I was willing to wait...
Be patient with Yaros. I ordered and paid for my table in early 2024 and I still haven't received it. I'm one of those who invested in the development of this table, and now it's being sold to the general public. It's a total lack of respect!! 😡🤬
never buy from them .... ever.kickstarter are a blattant lies. they are employing probably the worst shipping and labeling company they can. you will probably never receive your complete pledge or order. even if they have it in stock they dont and they wont tell you they made an error ever and wont update you on anything.
I have ordered a product in the past from Yarro. The product arrived very late. I thought that is was a fluke. So I tried to order again. My most recent order is currently more than 10 months late. I have no updates or tracking information.Their customer service is a joke. It is just a chat bot named Ernesto and recycles the same responses over and over in a loop.
With as much experience as Yarro has with crowdfunding at this point, I can only conclude that they are doing business exactly how they want to. If Tanner Yarro had ANY integrity or shame, he would improve. But, looking back on multiple Yarro Kickstarter projects, if anything he's gotten worse. Overpromise (to get more pre-production funds, no doubt) and underdeliver (to save as much money as possible, no doubt)... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Yarro consistently engages in suppression/scrubbing of ANY negative feedback by removing/reporting even warranted criticism. Yarro uses AI-generated responses to comments, which really just means that there isn't even a human reading backer comments. So no comments ever get any real consideration and Yarro's behavior never improves. At this point it's impossible to see Tanner Yarro as anything but a conceited, narcissistic jerk.
I would argue that this company is one of the worst communicating companies I’ve ever dealt with. Consistent pedaling of misinformation. Their customer service is a round robin of if you need help go to another page, where then they refer you in a circle back to the beginning with the same no answer as before. I STRONGLY urge anyone to avoid these people. When it involves a Kickstarter there are always delays and very rarely are thing on time. There is always a chance things don’t get get delivered. But at this point the initial projected delivery was April 2024 and. 18 months overdue and I’m one of the lucky ones who’ve received half my order. If I could rate 0 stars I would. When and if I get the remainder of my product I will consider changing this review.
I ordered the flip dice and ther adds say 5-7 shipping days out side of us. But I have been emailing with them for 6 Monts now. And al the emails are AI generated customer care template reply's, it is a compleat scam €100 down the drain.
