When I went back it was about half an hour from taking the lenses out and the same ‘doctor’ optician told me that in 10 minutes then he said 15 minutes and then he said 20 minutes he was just trying to deliberately be difficult and so I told them I would let other people know the disgraceful service they provided and I will go elsewhere with my business. And so I did. i spent thousands of dirhams buying two pairs of glasses from Chopard. Silly them and also don’t bother there is better service and more opticians Nearby with the same products and better service don’t waste your money.
