I ordered online via website. And they send dm my lenses not available. I’m really disappointed and frustrated there customer service I’m following up my refund and exchange no one replying at the WhatsApp or call. Very very poor service.it will be my first and last shopping with them. They don’t have item they are selling website and once payment done. Returned glasses as prescription was blurry. I waited 10 days. Returned to collect to be told I should get used to the glasses and the frames were the problem not the lens. They sold me the frames. The manager at Bawabat Al Sharq mall was extremely rude and disingenuous. Never again! Avoid this company ! I am a senior CEO - this is not my first set of frames!
Don’t bother wasting your time energy here they don’t disclose that you have to take out your lenses before you have your test he was exceptionally rude The Shop call him a ‘doctor’ which is also highly amusing, but overall the service the way that he behaved was absolutely disgraceful. I then chose take out my lenses and go somewhere else I was around there are many other opticians but after reading the reviews online, I thought I will go back and give it a try. When I went back it was about half an hour from taking the lenses out and the same ‘doctor’ optician told me that in 10 minutes then he said 15 minutes and then he said 20 minutes he was just trying to deliberately be difficult and so I told them I would let other people know the disgraceful service they provided and I will go elsewhere with my business. And so I did. i spent thousands of dirhams buying two pairs of glasses from Chopard. Silly them and also don’t bother there is better service and more opticians Nearby with the same products and better service don’t waste your money.
Boots optician Why do you advertise on your web site your opening hours as 009:00 - 19:00, but you actually close at 18:00 (cutesy of the optician assistant when I left work early to collect my lenses), but the optician section was close, very frustrating. Please correct the time
Literally the worse company I’ve placed an order with!! They’ve messed my order up THRICE at the Dubai Hills store and made me wait 2 weeks for it! First they made glasses where my 1 eye looked super magnified and then sent me glasses with scratched lens and then sent me hazy, dull lens!Then said they’ll return my money instead of fixing it and after wasting 2 weeks of mine!!!NEVER SHOP FROM THEM!
