After providing my registered mobile number, the line just disconnects. I sent over ten emails requesting cancellation but received no response. After the flight departed, I received an email stating that since I didn’t board, I’m not eligible for a refund. They don’t engage in the email thread; instead, they repeatedly send new emails with the same subject and identical responses. They are untrustworthy and misleading. I advise against using this service.
