i booked a flight from jaipur to dubai and my flight was first postponed thrice and in the end it was cancelled and i ended up staying in airport whole day and than spicejet gave me the option to cancel with full refund /.than i called yatra as i booked my ticket with them and than they deducted 1850 rupees as conveneince charge, I mailed them when flight is cancelled by airlines and technically no service is rendered how can u keep any charges but they didnt listened and they deducted 1850 rupeees before refunding amount. Payment was charged, but the ticket remained pending with no confirmation of failure. Customer care was unreachable despite multiple attempts. Due to the delay and lack of communication, the ticket price increased, causing inconvenience and financial loss.

Extremely disappointing experience with round trip booking

I had a terrible experience booking a round trip from Mumbai to Guwahati and back through a service on 31.12.2025. The journey dates are 25th January 2026 for the outbound and 7th February 2026 for the return, specifically with Akasa Airlines. One of my PNR numbers is not reflecting any booking at all. A total of Rs. 17,814 was charged to my credit card, yet the airline's website shows no record for the PNR in question. I urgently need clarification on the status or a refund if the booking isn't confirmed. Unfortunately, the contact number provided is inaccessible. Their customer service line is unreachable, and despite sending an email, I haven't received any reply. This situation is very stressful, especially since my return ticket remains unconfirmed.

Extremely disappointing service.

Extremely disappointing service. After making my booking, the customer support team has not responded adequately to any of my concerns. Their replies have been quite rude. I booked tickets for a specific amount, but the bill I received is significantly lower. For the past five days, I have been reaching out to customer care to request the correct bill, which I need for reimbursement at my workplace. I've also mentioned that the GST bill is not required for me.

Terrible experience with the cancellation process

I booked a flexible fare flight with a service and needed to cancel it to book a new itinerary. Their online platform is non-functional for cancellations, and phone calls never connect. After providing my registered mobile number, the line just disconnects. I sent over ten emails requesting cancellation but received no response. After the flight departed, I received an email stating that since I didn’t board, I’m not eligible for a refund. They don’t engage in the email thread; instead, they repeatedly send new emails with the same subject and identical responses. They are untrustworthy and misleading. I advise against using this service.

Terrible Customer Service – Stay Away from This Platform

My experience with this travel booking service has been incredibly disappointing. After securing my flight, I found that managing or adding services to my booking is nearly impossible. The website is poorly designed and unhelpful post-payment. Customer support is virtually nonexistent. Despite numerous attempts to reach out from my registered number, I am stuck in an endless loop with an automated system that claims to verify my information but never connects me to a real person. I have wasted an excessive amount of time with no resolution. This platform clearly does not prioritize its customers after receiving payment. The lack of transparency and basic customer service is unacceptable for a travel service. If you encounter any issues with your booking, you are left to fend for yourself. I strongly recommend that future travelers steer clear of this platform and opt for one that actually offers customer support. Booking here is a gamble that is simply not worth it.

Unacceptable Customer Care

The customer care here is appallingly inadequate! I paid the full amount but still haven't received any ticket confirmation. This is the worst third-party service for ticket purchases. I would never recommend using this platform.
