Extremely disappointing service. After making my booking, the customer support team has not responded adequately to any of my concerns. Their replies have been quite rude. I booked tickets for a specific amount, but the bill I received is significantly lower. For the past five days, I have been reaching out to customer care to request the correct bill, which I need for reimbursement at my workplace. I've also mentioned that the GST bill is not required for me.
