The journey dates are 25th January 2026 for the outbound and 7th February 2026 for the return, specifically with Akasa Airlines. One of my PNR numbers is not reflecting any booking at all. A total of Rs. 17,814 was charged to my credit card, yet the airline's website shows no record for the PNR in question. I urgently need clarification on the status or a refund if the booking isn't confirmed. Unfortunately, the contact number provided is inaccessible. Their customer service line is unreachable, and despite sending an email, I haven't received any reply. This situation is very stressful, especially since my return ticket remains unconfirmed.
