My Yealink VOIP phones were fighting back and base station wouldn't configure. Spoke to Charlie very helpful. Had to get previous supplier to factory reset the base station as they had used their own PIN.Charlie picked up my second call and really did battle with the configuration and helped me every step of the way. Finally we have both handsets configured to the two phone numbers.Couldn't be more helpful and they answered the phone quickly without loads of menus to go through before speaking to someone.Mike
