Like many others, I did not receive a code or QR code to retrieve my order, and the support from UPS has been lackluster. After two days, I'm still trying to obtain the necessary code. I truly don't understand how this partnership can be beneficial, as it seems to lead to losses for both. This is not a new issue; it's been ongoing, and neither has taken steps to fix it. I had no problems with the previous courier, and the current situation is quite frustrating, with both the service and UPS appearing unresponsive to customer feedback. Be cautious if UPS is involved and the collection point is the service.
