The 'drama' continues....In the last episode: I payed for some skincare products (30€ skincare and 24€ shipping expenses) I got an incorrect order (a box that belonged to other person).Yesstyle gave me the opportunity to get refund in Yesstyle credit or wait a little longer for my order. My answer was:I don't mind to wait, I want a reshipment. NOW: they write me back, and apologize, for they can't give me my products, and my only chance is to get refunded 'in the form of YesStyle credits instead of a reshipment.' So now if I want my products, I will have to pay shipping expenses again.CONCLUSION: PEOPLE, if you don't want to feel like you lost your money, don't buy here(even though your favorite you tubers recommend-this is my case) buy at home, buy local. Maybe 55 € is a small amount of money for many of you, but it's my money, and I lost it.
