Complaint: No Delivery Since March 29 – Unacceptable Delay

I am writing to formally express my deep frustration regarding my order placed on March 29, 2025. As of today, over two months have passed, and I have received no updates, no shipping confirmation, and most importantly – no product.This delay is absolutely unacceptable. Not only is the lack of communication disappointing, but such a long wait already raises serious concerns about the quality of the products, assuming they ever arrive.I expect a prompt and clear update on the status of my order. If it is not shipped immediately, I demand a full refund without delay. I did not pay to be ignored or left in the dark.

The 'drama' continues....In the last episode: I payed for some skincare products (30€ skincare and 24€ shipping expenses) I got an incorrect order (a box that belonged to other person).Yesstyle gave me the opportunity to get refund in Yesstyle credit or wait a little longer for my order. My answer was:I don't mind to wait, I want a reshipment. NOW: they write me back, and apologize, for they can't give me my products, and my only chance is to get refunded 'in the form of YesStyle credits instead of a reshipment.' So now if I want my products, I will have to pay shipping expenses again.CONCLUSION: PEOPLE, if you don't want to feel like you lost your money, don't buy here(even though your favorite you tubers recommend-this is my case) buy at home, buy local. Maybe 55 € is a small amount of money for many of you, but it's my money, and I lost it.

The experience with this shopping site is very good. I love YesStyle, it has all the things I can't find elsewhere. It's very easy to use, it has a lot of products from different countries. It has a good shipping service, they make sure your products travel safely, etc. They are very versatile.I love YesStyle so much.

They dont puplish bad reveiws so you cant trust them at all. 5 stars get pushed to the to and you never see the bad ones. I have tried to post more than once with 3 stars or in one case 1 and you never see them. In one case it was the morning ph cleanser that is so drying that it turns your hands a whiter shade of dry. It did not get posted(2weeks ago?) And pants for 17$ that the buttoncfell of after one use( it has not been posted) They also have fake sales like now they claim to have 60% off editude house but i already had some in my chart and they are not taking 60% off one of my things did get redused by 1$(it should have gone down more than 4$). It is like that with all things they just raise prices and give fake discounts. Their tax refund thing works though and items are mostly okay quality but specially in the skincare department getting warnings from other people would help before you get a full on breakout.
