I ordered 3 pairs of the wide leg leggings in length 33 inch, they arrived and one pair was perfect, the other two were a full inch shorter than the first pair. I emailed customer support who took a week to get back to me. They asked me to take pictures of the items with a tape measure that clearly shows they were too short. They then offered me a $25 USD coupon, which isn’t even half of the cost of the two pairs of leggings or I could return but pay the shipping fee myself. I have since emailed to say I’m not happy with this and they have completely stopped replying. I wouldn’t bother ordering from them.
