I’ve been a loyal customer for years and own many of their leggings and one-piece suits. I’ve always been impressed with the combination of quality and affordability. I usually order through Amazon, but this was my first time ordering directly from the company.

The only issue I experienced was that no tracking number was provided, and the shipment just said “order received” I emailed them about them a week later and no response. Waited another week and they responded saying the package was delivered on Feb 8 by a carrier who left it downstairs in my building with a picture of it.
The package was sitting there for over a week without my knowledge and it was unfortunately stolen. I contacted customer service again to explain the situation, and they were very understanding. They promptly replaced my items and reshipped them using USPS, which worked much better since the package would be delivered securely to my mailbox.

To be extra safe, I also had the order sent to a friend’s address because packages left unattended in my building often go missing. Everything arrived yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with how the situation was handled.

Overall, I’m a very satisfied customer and will continue ordering from them in the future. I may choose Amazon delivery or ship to a secure address going forward, but I truly appreciate the company’s excellent customer service and willingness to make things right.

I ordered 3 pairs of the wide leg leggings in length 33 inch, they arrived and one pair was perfect, the other two were a full inch shorter than the first pair. I emailed customer support who took a week to get back to me. They asked me to take pictures of the items with a tape measure that clearly shows they were too short.

They then offered me a $25 USD coupon, which isn’t even half of the cost of the two pairs of leggings or I could return but pay the shipping fee myself. I have since emailed to say I’m not happy with this and they have completely stopped replying. I wouldn’t bother ordering from them.

Poor customer service and disappointing cut.

I messaged YEORO twice via social media to ask where my delivery was and received no response at all. Being ignored before the item even arrived doesn’t inspire confidence, and there was no follow-up or acknowledgement.When the straight cut leggings did arrive, the cut was very poor. Despite the inseam length being correct, the front rise and centre front seam shaping are badly designed. The fabric pulls tightly at the front regardless of how they’re worn (high-waisted or lower), creating an obvious crease and making them uncomfortable and unflattering. Sizing up or adjusting the fit doesn’t resolve the issue — it’s a pattern problem.I won’t be returning them as I’ve read multiple reports about how awkward the returns process is, and given the lack of response so far, I don’t want the hassle. They’re barely usable even as loungewear.Overall, not impressed — both the product design and customer service fall short.

I really love them but one of them has a yeoreo mark on the back and that started to go off after 2 washing so the quality isn’t the best but for the price I’m not complaining.

Do not order from this brand!! The quality is so bad, the size doesn't fit and even the colors look different in real life. I have been trying to reach the customer service, but I got a replay that the ENTIRE team is on annual leave?! Never purchasing a single item from this page ever again.

🇬🇧Thieves!! Don’t waste your money! I was supposed to receive a package with two pairs of pants that never arrived. When I checked the tracking on their website, it kept saying the package was still on its way. Now that two months have passed and I haven’t received anything, they refuse to give me a refund because they claim the package was delivered, even though I have proof showing it was still marked as in transit. thieves! 🇮🇹 Ladri!! Non buttate i vostri soldi! doveva arrivarmi un pacco con due pantaloni che non sono mai arrivati, se andavo sul tracking del pacco il loro sito diceva che doveva ancora arrivare, ora che sono passati due mesi e non ho ricevuto nulla non vogliono fare il rimborso perché dicono che a loro risulta che il pacco sia arrivato nonostante io abbia le prove che dice che il pacco deve ancora arrivare. So many you have my Class have bought these because they liked them on meThey are a lovely thick quality and so well-made - I must have about 20 pairs of their leggings and flares!I trained 20 hours per week so put these leggings through their paces, and they wear and wash so well!Plus, they are an absolute bargain!When I had a package going missing in transit, their customer services were amazing They sent a replacement out straight away. - which I receivedThis is only ever happened once though, and it was over Christmas.I can’t wait for the brand to release more leggings! I absolutely adore themI’ll be buying some tops soonYou’ll wish you discovered them sooner!!Lovely professional company to purchase from, and a great quality item!!

It is hard to do business with this company

It is hard to do business with a company that only responds via email. Then they reply saying they are on holiday? DO NOT RECOMMEND the sizable is much smaller than normal and you will have to pay to ship back!!! the customer service is HORRENDOUS
