I’ve been a loyal customer for years and own many of their leggings and one-piece suits. I’ve always been impressed with the combination of quality and affordability. I usually order through Amazon, but this was my first time ordering directly from the company.
The only issue I experienced was that no tracking number was provided, and the shipment just said “order received” I emailed them about them a week later and no response. Waited another week and they responded saying the package was delivered on Feb 8 by a carrier who left it downstairs in my building with a picture of it.
The package was sitting there for over a week without my knowledge and it was unfortunately stolen. I contacted customer service again to explain the situation, and they were very understanding. They promptly replaced my items and reshipped them using USPS, which worked much better since the package would be delivered securely to my mailbox.
To be extra safe, I also had the order sent to a friend’s address because packages left unattended in my building often go missing. Everything arrived yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with how the situation was handled.
Overall, I’m a very satisfied customer and will continue ordering from them in the future. I may choose Amazon delivery or ship to a secure address going forward, but I truly appreciate the company’s excellent customer service and willingness to make things right.
