I ordered the Leggings following their size chart. The length is perfect, but the leggings have a serious design flaw - the front seam is too short, causing uncomfortable bunching and fabric gathering between legs (camel toe effect) when standing. This makes them completely unwearable.When I contacted customer service requesting help to exchange for a different size or a refund, they: 1. Blamed “different body shapes” instead of acknowledging the design issue 2. Refused to cover return shipping costs despite this being a product defect 3. Offered only a €10 discount code to keep unwearable leggingsWould not recommend. Save your money and buy from a company that stands behind their products.
I ordered one pair of their wide leg leggins. First impressions: color is nice like in the picture, material feels good, and they make my butt look really nice. Plus points for the short ladies - you can choose the lenght of the leggins, im 160cm and took the shortest option and fits really good. However, the logo is missing, details are little bit different and the material is much thinner than i imagined - about shein style… I would probably order them again, something about 30€ is not too much in my opinion - but that is probably only cuz im petite and it is more difficult to find any kind of pants with the right lenght for me…
They have helped me so review has been changed!—I received the items but they weren’t right so I wanted to return them. They’ve sent me an address in the UK to return them to which I did. I’ve now received a message from the postal company saying the receiver is no longer at that address?They helped me via social media and refunded me.
The product did not meet expectations. The fabric is thin and appears to be low quality and it also came scratched ,I ordered length 33 based on my height (1.70 m), however the trousers are significantly shorter than expected, fits regular not tall at all , There is no size or length information indicated on the label, making it unclear whether the correct sizing was sent or if this is standard for size 33. Overall, I am disappointed with both the quality and the fit and would not repurchase. Not recommended for tall, slim individuals.
