Robert was professional and courteous. He called me before my appointment to tell me that they might not have a part I needed. And when I got there and it turned out I needed something else, he quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me clear advice, which was to replace the phone instead of repair it, given the comparative costs. He charged me nothing for the diagnosis, and helped me make the best decision. I really appreciate it.
The service I got from Alex in Arnhem was the best, not to mention that it required too much focus but he also did it with precision and speed. Overall service top-notch 👌, he's the right guy at the right place.
If I could give 6 stars I would! The team is incredibly friendly and quick to assist. The diagnosis for why my laptop wasn't functioning was complimentary, and they promptly called me once they identified an issue that would incur a cost, allowing me to decide whether to proceed. They diagnosed the problem with my laptop in just 15 minutes and repaired it within 30 minutes! I was on the verge of purchasing a new laptop, so I’m thrilled they managed to fix it instead! Highly recommend!
