This deserves less than 1 star. I find the service to be a scam. I signed up on November 24, watched a bit of a class, and decided it wasn’t for me. I requested a refund, but a representative tried to convince me to stay because they claimed another class was amazing. When I insisted it wasn’t for me, I received no further communication. Additionally, the help section is hard to navigate. They seem to rely on this to frustrate customers and avoid giving refunds.
