I'm reporting this company as fraudulent to my bank tomorrow to reclaim the money i paid in good faith a month ago and have since been messed around, lied to, had the initial offer of a refund or partial refund subsequently refused for totally unrelated and falsified reasons then ,finally, totally ignored ..... kerrin jessica the "customer experience manager" forgot to say what type of experience that would be...... certainly not a good one!!I have seen your reply on this trust pilot review telling me to email you to resolve the issue, yet a large part of my issue is that you are not responding to your emails!!!! My order number is #38534 ...you have numerous emails in your inbox from me, with the last one informing you that I'd take action through my bank to recover my money if i didn't hear from you by this afternoon!!!Review update........no reply to THEIR REPLY on the review .....no contact or reply from my numerous emails...im contacting my bank to reclaim my money.....an absolute sham of a company... pathetic ....DO NOT USE
