I am revising my review following a response from the company.
The issue was not product quality, but communication and delivery delays. At the time of purchase, there was no clear indication that dispatch would be delayed, and follow-up emails initially went unanswered.
The company has since explained the situation and committed to fast-tracking the order. I appreciate the reply, but I am updating this review based on the experience so far.
I will adjust the rating again once shipment is confirmed, the order is delivered, and the product can be properly assessed.

I’ve used YesColours in my lounge after a consultation with them. I was going to go with beige, but after my chat, I decided life was too short not to have bright colours in my home! I’m so pleased I did. I painted it pink and yellow, and even on the gloomiest day my lounge is bright. The paint applied beautifully and was not patchy at all. Will definitely use again! Fantastic customer service too
I've used Yes Colours 3 times now. All 3 colours, Serene Pink, Loving Neutral and Dirty Olive have been brilliant. They are intense, vivid, and highly saturated colours, which I've never come across in any other brands. The customer service is flawless and my delivery times for all 3 orders have been very quick and efficient. Best of all, the packaging is recyclable and the paint is vegan.
I can’t stop going back for more!! Absolutely love this paint. Aside from great coverage and super easy packaging, it’s really inspired me to turn my grey boxy house into something I’m really proud of! Great paint, great team, thank you for helping make my house a home to feel good in!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality paint & great serviceI ordered paint from Yes Colours and I’m genuinely impressed. The colour was exactly as advertised, the coverage was really good, and it went on smoothly with a great finish. Delivery was quick, packaging was solid, and the whole process from ordering to arrival was easy and hassle-free.Really happy with the result and I’ll definitely be using Yes Colours again. I'm reporting this company as fraudulent to my bank tomorrow to reclaim the money i paid in good faith a month ago and have since been messed around, lied to, had the initial offer of a refund or partial refund subsequently refused for totally unrelated and falsified reasons then ,finally, totally ignored ..... kerrin jessica the "customer experience manager" forgot to say what type of experience that would be...... certainly not a good one!!I have seen your reply on this trust pilot review telling me to email you to resolve the issue, yet a large part of my issue is that you are not responding to your emails!!!! My order number is #38534 ...you have numerous emails in your inbox from me, with the last one informing you that I'd take action through my bank to recover my money if i didn't hear from you by this afternoon!!!Review update........no reply to THEIR REPLY on the review .....no contact or reply from my numerous emails...im contacting my bank to reclaim my money.....an absolute sham of a company... pathetic ....DO NOT USE
Brilliant experience from start to finish 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Can’t fault Yes Colours at all. I wasn’t sure what to expect ordering paint online but everything was spot on. The paint quality is proper premium, the colour came out perfect once it dried, and it’s held up really well. You can tell it’s made to a high standard.Order arrived fast, no mess, no drama, and the price felt fair for the quality. I’ll 100% be ordering again and recommending to friends/family.
