This is by far the worst eSIM service I have ever used.
I purchased Yesim specifically because it was advertised as reliable, high-speed connectivity across Europe, including 5G where available. For the first period, the service actually worked well. Then overnight, without changing location, device, or settings, the connection completely collapsed — and never recovered.
Since then, the signal has been:
• LTE only (often no signal at all)
• Speeds so low that basic browsing barely works
• Completely unusable during evenings and nights
• Absolutely impossible to rely on for work
What makes this unacceptable is the support:
• Endless copy-paste replies
• Constantly asking for the same screenshots and resets
• Being told to toggle airplane mode like it’s a real solution
• Hours (sometimes days) with no response at all
• Managers promised, never contacting me
They repeatedly claim that everything is “within limits” while the service is clearly unusable. If 0–3 Mbps with high latency is considered acceptable in 2026, then their standards are far below reality.
Yesim markets itself as:
✔️ reliable
✔️ switchless networks
✔️ professional-grade connectivity
The reality is the exact opposite.
I wasted months dealing with this issue, lost work time, and gained nothing except stress. Instead of fixing the problem, they push you to buy another plan and repeat the cycle.
If you need stable internet for work, travel, or daily use, avoid this service.
There are far better and more honest alternatives on the market.
