Currently travelling through Latin America and I've had issues with phones resulting in needing to transfer the esim between phones. This has been unbelievably easy, due to efficient customer service.
I work as a communications engineer. I've been testing virtual carriers for two years now. Many people say this or that carrier is bad, that this or that one is better... But they completely misunderstand how it works. Connection speed directly depends on the physical carrier, their speed agreement, priority, and many other factors. I once took two virtual carriers abroad for a test; they registered on different networks! But their speeds were equally slow! Therefore, it doesn't depend directly on the Yesim. And that choosing another one will result in almost the same result. Of course, it's important to consider the network and network standard the virtual carrier is registered on! Speed also depends on the traffic route, which varies from country to country. I'll let you in on a secret: in almost all countries, a physical carrier and a virtual eSIM on their network will always have a lower speed priority than, for example, a physical SIM obtained and registered in the country where the service is provided. Because our own subscribers always have priority over roaming ones.
I like this operator and service better, although prices vary from country to country, which is normal.
This is by far the worst eSIM service I have ever used.
I purchased Yesim specifically because it was advertised as reliable, high-speed connectivity across Europe, including 5G where available. For the first period, the service actually worked well. Then overnight, without changing location, device, or settings, the connection completely collapsed — and never recovered.
Since then, the signal has been:
• LTE only (often no signal at all)
• Speeds so low that basic browsing barely works
• Completely unusable during evenings and nights
• Absolutely impossible to rely on for work
What makes this unacceptable is the support:
• Endless copy-paste replies
• Constantly asking for the same screenshots and resets
• Being told to toggle airplane mode like it’s a real solution
• Hours (sometimes days) with no response at all
• Managers promised, never contacting me
They repeatedly claim that everything is “within limits” while the service is clearly unusable. If 0–3 Mbps with high latency is considered acceptable in 2026, then their standards are far below reality.
Yesim markets itself as:
✔️ reliable
✔️ switchless networks
✔️ professional-grade connectivity
The reality is the exact opposite.
I wasted months dealing with this issue, lost work time, and gained nothing except stress. Instead of fixing the problem, they push you to buy another plan and repeat the cycle.
If you need stable internet for work, travel, or daily use, avoid this service.
There are far better and more honest alternatives on the market.

Extremely disappointing experience with the eSIM purchased for 30 days (unlimited). After just 10 days, the service was cut off. It's frustrating to work with this eSIM, offering speeds below 5 Mbit/s, while using another SIM on the same network provides over 100 Mbit/s. I will definitely not choose this option again!
