I just finished a phone call on 11/27/25 with Ernest. Ernest was wonderful, he was calm and listened to everything we had to say , very professional. I just came out of surgery yesterday and he was so compassionate and helpful I couldn’t help but cry . Thank you Ernest not only you are helping my husband and I but you also helped me be less stressed . Thank you and hope you have a good thanksgiving as well.
