I was so stressed about my job been so discriminated as I am 70 years old and mistreated by the click that the management has 5 girls. That would be so girls were so ugly to me because I did go to HR. But talking to this amazing Renee she helped me and made me feel at ease.
The immediate concern through this process was to ascertain as much relevant information, to obtain the best results. There was no stone left unturned and the care associated was for the problem that was presented and to get the best results.
My representative talked over me a lot and had me sign a charge of discrimination form even though I was requesting to be connected with a lawyer for wrongful termination advisement. He indicated the form was necessary as part of the process to connect me to a lawyer and that the form could be edited on the portal for correct information but this was not the case as the document could not be edited when I tried. Our call got disconnected toward the end and I was not able to sign the other document he requested. I won't bother to call back though as it was a frustrating experience that gave me more anxiety than I already have about losing my job.
