My representative talked over me a lot and had me sign a charge of discrimination form even though I was requesting to be connected with a lawyer for wrongful termination advisement. He indicated the form was necessary as part of the process to connect me to a lawyer and that the form could be edited on the portal for correct information but this was not the case as the document could not be edited when I tried. Our call got disconnected toward the end and I was not able to sign the other document he requested. I won't bother to call back though as it was a frustrating experience that gave me more anxiety than I already have about losing my job.
