Absolutely unacceptable experience. My order has been “in transit” for over 4 weeks and the tracking has been stuck on the exact same update since the 8th of april with zero progress. No clear information, no accountability, just delays.
This is not normal shipping, it’s poor service. Customers shouldn’t have to chase basic updates on their own orders.
Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend ordering from here.
