I am writing regarding my order placed on February 11, which is still marked as “awaiting courier pickup.”

I find this situation unacceptable. After such a long time, the package has not even been handed over to the courier, and no clear explanation or proactive communication has been provided regarding this delay.
I chose your website expecting a reliable service, but this experience does not meet reasonable shipping standards nor the expectations of a paying customer.
I therefore request an immediate and concrete update on the status of my shipment, or a full cancellation and refund of the order should you be unable to proceed with shipment in a timely manner.
this website truly is a scam. it's now been 8 days since my items have been stuck in processing. each time I get different answers, one saying they're still in regional warehouses and one saying its been consolidated and shipped out. there's no good way for me to track my package either. their reasoning was that it was the tail end of the Chinese New year and a weekend right after it but it's been 5 working days since then. I'm seriously confused as to what is happening and customer service is of no use. DO NOT ORDER. THE ITEMS WILL NEVER REACH YOU. EXPRESS SHIPPING IS A SCAM.
I ordered this product well before Chinese New Year and was never informed about any holiday-related delays at checkout. The item clearly stated a 14-day sourcing timeframe that timeframe has now passed.
For over two weeks, the order remained on “Order Created” with no proactive communication. I only received explanations after I reached out myself.
Blaming backlog after the fact instead of updating customers in advance is not acceptable. If you cannot meet your stated processing times, you should communicate that clearly before taking payment.
Very disappointing experience. I expected transparency and accountability, not excuses.

The most frustrating part is the contradictory information: Agent Sophie admitted on Feb 24 that the refund was NOT processed but today Agent Zoe claimed it was done on Feb 7!
They refuse to provide an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to prove the transfer. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I have already contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. Avoid this site if you care about your money.
I’m very disappointed with YesStyle I used to order from them my skincare and they used to be great now it’s been 2 weeks and my order hasn’t shipped and I’m travelling next week . I message them and no reply it’s been almost a week . They have been horrible
My order #32364551 was supposed to ship on Feb 21, 2026. All 5 items are marked as 'Ready' and 'In Stock,' yet I received a message about a regional warehouse transfer. I paid for Express Shipping to the UAE because I need these urgently. Please expedite the consolidation and ship my package immediately
I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering....... Item purchased on the 14th Feb. Been awaiting couier pick up every since.... 9 days. Sent an email asking when will it be shipped was fobbed off with a generic email stated timings that I already know. Bought a another foundation from a different website same day as this order and that was delivered 4days ago. If your reading this before you purchase save the hassle and order somewhere else. I wouldn't trust all the 5*reviews they are invited as influential. Look at the unprompted reviews as they state true experiences. Order number 32293646
2 weeks since a 600+euros order, and even though the money has been deducted via credit card, the order is on hold, and after 3 emails @ customer service, they dont even bother to reply. Emailed the proof of payments and screenshot(!) as they asked, however, not a single reply, nor an ETA has been delievered. Slowly trying to believe this is a scam
I ordered a huge order for 650$ on dec 2025 and waited for it to arrive only for the local shipping agent and request my ID and wouldn’t let it go unless yesstyle request a return or it will get destroyed, I spent an entire month and a half trying to get them to do something about it but they didn’t even bother to send anything else than automated messages telling me about where it is and when I used the live chat the agent closed the conversation because I’m not understanding like telling me the same thing for an entire month, refusing to refund me and then lying about forwarding my case to a team isn’t worth getting frustrated over? not only that but when I had to spam their emails to give me one human to respond they offered to refund me 250$ of the initial 650$ for a “return fee” for an order that won’t be returned, the customer service is horrible and be prepared to lose your mind over how useless the agents are, literally 650$ down the drain because of yesstyle’s greed
I honestly enjoy shopping here. They are very clear as to which items may take longer to fill so I put those aside and order those separately from the ones that are readily available.
I have no issues with my orders, and their response on my inquiries have been very timely.
Packaging have always been impeccable. I have not yet had any leakage/broken pieces (knock on wood :-)
