"I am extremely disappointed with YesStyle's customer service. My order #[32177308] was cancelled on Feb 7 and I still haven't received my money back after 20 days.
The most frustrating part is the contradictory information: Agent Sophie admitted on Feb 24 that the refund was NOT processed but today Agent Zoe claimed it was done on Feb 7!
They refuse to provide an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to prove the transfer. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I have already contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. Avoid this site if you care about your money.
