am a 69-year-old woman and Yeti Casino / L&L Europe Ltd have stolen £10,000 from me.They happily took my deposits and paid me two withdrawals (£500 and £345) to my account with no problem. Then, when I tried to withdraw the rest, they suddenly invented a “name mismatch” excuse and demanded open banking.I sent them my passport, bank statements from two banks, a video of my banking app (which THEY asked for), council tax bill in my name, and even a full statement for an alternative account. Still nothing.The CEO, Chris, finally got involved and agreed to a phone call. During the call he actually mentioned hearing a “third party” on the line — that was my son who had travelled from London to support his 69-year-old mother because this situation has caused me severe emotional distress. How dare he try to use that against me? It was disgusting and bullying.He still refused to pay and pushed me back to eCOGRA while knowing full well they have all my verification and paid me before.This is not just poor customer service — this is deliberate bullying of an elderly woman who trusted their casino. They took my money easily but refuse to give it back even after full verification.Stay far away from Yeti Casino. They are happy to take your deposits and bonuses but will make your life hell when you win big.
