I am a new player registered with Yeti last Sunday and deposited R155,00 into yeti via bank transfer. I did not make use of any bonus. With a huge luck after about and hour I won R5100,00 and decided to cash out. Then everything started. They asked me document, which is fine... but they wanted it first in PDF. Then they said no, they wanted it not photo-scanned but photographed. Then they accepted some and rejected others. Then they accepted what they rejected and rejected what they accepted. Then, when all documents was fine, they then asked for additional documents. It was becoming clear that they were giving me the run-around as I was a first time player and they did not want to honor the withdrawal. Now there are no correspondence from them. I guess my account will be closed shortly after this. Stay away. They are crooks!
