I did a payment via my cellphone…

I did a payment via my cellphone straight on the casino app. The money was deducted from my absa account with a reference number and when i contacted customer service i spoke with 2 agents and they want me to send a bank statement or proof of payment buylt i cannot from my cellphone. Bad service really necause where is my money!!!
