I have never written a bad review about anything in my life but I am shocked by how I was treated. As advertised clearly in their registration, I made a deposit to qualify for the Welcome Bonus, which consists of 100% match plus 100 spins. However, I didn't receive the bonus and after chatting with customer support was told it was a technical issue and I would be emailed when it was resolved. Eventually I received an email saying I had been credited the bonus match but I didn't receive the free spins. So, I spoke with customer support again who informed me that in order to get the 'first deposit' free spins, I would have to make a SECOND deposit. I explained that it was very unfair I would have to pay for a mistake made by the casino and the support guy said he understood my point but still reiterated I couldn't get the promised free spins without making another deposit. I honestly felt like I was in cuckoo land trying to explain the absurdity of that logic. I'm pretty easy-going but that is very bad form on the part of a casino.
