Deposited £50, told I can't use there casino since I'm self excluded from their sister site. No problem, just give me my money back I say to them. Turns out in order to get my money back which I never got to use, I have to verify myself and pay 5% of it. I can't even get a refund and have the account closed. Don't play here at all costs.
