Having previously complained to Yeti Win on the 20th September 2022, and requested immediate closure of my account (which was actioned), they continue to bombard me with multiple sms messages every day, each time from a different 5 digit phone number, and the website changes every time to a different affiliated casino within their company group e.g. spinmywin and slotscharm. Surely this is in breach of Data Protection, considering I have specifically requested closure of the account and removal of my personal details? I am considering reporting the company as it is an absolute scam, and I am devastated that I was duped into spending, and wasting my money, simply to line the pockets of the company.
