Robbing bastards. Withholding funds, asking for proof of bank transfers that are impossible to provide because they don't exist. Previously allowed third party deposits but now denying this. Absolutely incompetent customer service staff and I'm terrified about what they are going to do with the obscene amount of private information they have asked for.
