It’s been nearly two weeks and I am still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed. I have contacted customer support a number of times and each time I am told that I just have to wait as the team are busy and they have a lot of due diligence checks to do. It is very frustrating as no one is able to help and i haven’t heard from the processing team. Kwarty
