On behalf of my wife.She has been given a complete run around by this company. She had to do the verification before she could withdraw,that's fine.She gave everything they asked for and now they want previous documents from the 1970s to show her surname change when she first got married. Short story she has been married twice before. Been married to me since 1984. Who keeps records for 50 years ? She has now given up on trying to get her winnings. SHAME ON YOU.
