I came across this site after a recommendation from another website. Here is my honest review. I deposited a sum of monies and lost, which is fine. I then deposited approximately £1500 more and straight away my account was blocked. They asked me to send verification documents which is also fine, however once I sent the usual ID, Bank card, utility bill to them they stated I needed enhanced checks done. I then stated that I just wanted my deposit refunded and I would go else where as I didnt feel comfortable with the intrusive documents they asked for and they said to me that they would keep the money and not allow me to withdraw unless I sent them; three months bank statements from both if my accounts, mortgage papers, mortgage payment papers, marriage certificate, and probably more as Im still waiting for a response. I can honestly say that its the first time Ive come across a casino asking for this much information. I was asked less questions when getting a mortgage. Stay away and use a reputable bookies, these guys dont care about customer service. I would argue that its probably best to stay away from all online casinos other than the big 6, as they treat customers normally. Its my fault for believing a third party website that Yeti was a good place and welcoming.
