I have been trying to withdrawal my money back, at the first time the customer support said my bank didn’t allow my refund, and suggested me to use TRUSTLY, I followed their instruction and 2 days after, the customer support told me that I need to go through their verification process before I can get my own money back! That’s make me really angry because it has been 7 days I haven’t got my money back, they seem setting things to not allowing your money back, I am still dealing with them and I hope this matter will be solved asap, that’s my case for your reference…
