An on-line casino can only be judged by the speed it pays out the winnings. I must have opened this account 3 years ago...and then for any reason.. didn't go back. A couple of weeks ago, I returned and played various slots. Initially they paid out fine... but then 6 days ago... they stopped paying me. Took them 3 days to email me to tell them that they now need to verify my account. (WHY DO CASINOS WAIT TILL YOU'VE WON TO VERIFY YOU? HOW COME WHEN YOU LOSE...THEY DON'T CARE WHERE THE MONEY IS COMING FROM?) Anyway...The thing was... they needed a photo of the card on my account. Not the card I had been using in the last few weeks... but the card from 3 YEARS AGO. That was 2 debit cards ago. They needed a photo of the card. Amazingly... I found a picture...in an old sent email to another casino. Luckily, I never clear my sent email folder. I had covered the middle 8 numbers on the card for that casino, as this is what they told me I had to do FOR SECURITY REASONS. But not Yeti... Oh No... they wanted to see the first 6 digits, as well as the last 4. How the hell am I supposed to do this when the card was destroyed after the contactless part of the card stopped working. So, after a few emails back and forth, they decided that they needed to see a bank statement showing the bank account it was used on. It's the same account as now...not changed my account, just renewed the card. But that's not good enough. So...and very luckily, my bank holds on line statements going back that far...not much further I should add. So, i got a copy, blacked out all the transaction details, scanned it in and sent it. Oh no... They need to see a transaction showing the last 4 digits of the card from 3 years ago. So... I did this and sent it in... Good enough? Oh no... now they want to see a specific transaction relating to their casino on a certain date (Why didn't they just ask for this in the first place?). Amazingly, I was able to find the particular transaction...scanned it in... blacked out every other transaction apart from the one they needed to see. Was this good enough? Who knows... this was 2 days ago... no email to say that my account was now verified...nor any winnings paid to my bank. I've emailed their 'customer service' and asked for an update. Nothing back in return! NOTHING. Their customer service is non existent! Do they not want to pay out winnings? DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT FOR YEARS...ESPECIALLY IF THAT ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DORMANT. They'll want cards and statements going back years and years before they even consider paying you out. How can a card that no longer exists FROM 3 YEARS AGO have any bearing on transactions made using a new card? Totally useless. NEVER AGAIN.
