My experience with this provider has been disappointing. After signing a two-year contract for mobile internet, the device didn’t work upon returning home. I recorded everything and sought assistance, but they were uncooperative. Now, I have a non-functioning device and am still obligated to pay for a service I cannot use. This provider is not trustworthy.
